
THE STORY OF SALT & LIGHT BAKERY
Founded in 2023, I have been committed to serving up delicious, exclusively gluten-free goodies to all of our customers in the Vidalia, Georgia area. I am a Registered Nurse and have invested a great deal of time to research on living with Celiac disease. I love to bake, and I believe that the experience of having a fresh-baked gluten-free bread that tastes delicious is very important. I have been gluten-free since 2013, and I have struggled to find adequate replacements for the bread and sweet treats that I loved.
I am also able to accommodate other food allergies upon request. I am hoping to cover a need for my community and help those who need to avoid gluten. You don't have to miss out...your friends and family will love these gluten-free treats too!!
